  Everyday I call in the morning and everyday there is almost a new problem. There is only about two employees who’s ever picked up the phone when I called. Almost every week someone is sleeping on the job. I’ve had an employee close the door on me and started arguing with me when I stated Waffle House is 24/7. Food is often over cooked, or not cooked properly. I wouldn’t recommend this Waffle House unless it’s your last option

  I’m sitting here right now listening to two completely disgruntled employees. One of which just picked up the phone and told a customer that they’re not taking to go orders and hung up on the guy...simply because she wanted to sit down and do nothing. The guy called back and she answered the phone by saying “I told you we aren’t taking any to go orders!” The customer asked why.... the answer was “because I said so” followed by another hang up in his face. He name was Ty...and she was very clear that she didn’t care care who knew that she’s the one that told him that. The other employee seemed somewhat embarrassed yet still never said anything. This Ty lady proceeded to scream at the top of her lungs how bad it is to work here and how she purposely lets customers sit here until the other shift arrives instead of taking care of them. She literally was bragging about how long some people stayed after she didn’t help them. I never write reviews. This might be the fifth one and only the second or third negative review. I’m a “Foody” that enjoys everything from Waffle House to high dollar steak houses.... This was one of the worst and most uncomfortable dining experiences I’ve ever been a part of.

  Dirty, nasty store. So, are the waitresses. Ask for sweet tea, it was spoiled. When I told the nasty waitress, she said it was just made, and kept running her mouth as she walked through the store about the tea. When I asked for the manager, he was disinterested, and did not even look at the tea. Eat at your own risk.

  Food wasn't great and I thought the staff were going to bust out in a fist fight. Screaming and shouting at each other while cooking.
